Properties for solar farms are subject to tenancy law, thus constituting a rental agreement. The rental period is usually 30 years. In general, the rent depends on the earnings. The amount of rent depends on several factors, such as the solar irradiation, soil conditions and vicinity to the supply point etc.

Before renting, we do the preliminary planning.

In addition to the actual property for the solar farm, land for ecological compensation measures must be provided. The required extent thereof will emerge through the approval plan.

Purchase

The solar power market is politically dependent, and also takes its time. Land is generally only purchased subject to the condition of realisation, after planning. We or our investors bear the planning cost risks.

All YOU need to do for a first preliminary planning:

> Procurement of a digital map of your property (DWG or DXF format). This can be obtained from your municipality or the competent land registry office.

> Procurement of the development plan (if it already exists)
